Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British music producer and musician and. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. In Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England, Styles is the child of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, together with his fellow classmates, formed a musical band called White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. While he's always fascinated by the arts, he interested in becoming an lawyer or physical therapist. He was employed at a local bakery part-time to help his family financially. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge that suggested Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in 2010. The five-piece band was sponsored by Cowell, and they performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the best contenders for the contest. They were in third position after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and took home the prize. Harry Styles was not the winner. Cowell was a millionaire in a contract for One Direction.
